-
Wake up at least an hour before you need to leave for work
Do some “me” time before the rush begins. Give yourself a time to eat breakfast, read a little bit, go for a short jog, or to do whatever you need to do to get the day started off on the right foot. It helps you feel better if you do something for yourself before walking through the front door of your workplace. It’s also important to go to bed an hour earlier so you’ll be able to wake up earlier.
